Natural Language, 3 credit hours — Methodologies for designing systems that comprehend natural language. Topics include lexical analysis, parsing, interpretation of sentences, semantic representation, organization of knowledge, and inference mechanisms. Credit not allowed for both CS 4650 and CS 7650.
